I ordered a replacement remote for our dog’s Invirox collar. When it came, I couldn’t pair the new remote to the collar. I contacted customer service. They responded quickly with instructions for pairing. It took only two minutes for me to pair the collar to the remote. It works great with the older collar. Very happy customer!

The remote for one of the collars I had broke and I contacted customer support. They gladly replaced my old remote with a brand new one. The brand new one seems to work like a charm. 5 star product with 5 star sellers!!

We have a 7 month old standard poodle and she is an adorable menace. The Invirox collar has has been invaluable in making sure she stays safe, comes when called, and stays out of things that could get her into trouble. We did have the transmitter die, but the customer service was excellent and they sent us another within days. Great product! Great service!
